Pay Scale - Level 6 Rs. 35,400/-
Qualifications -
Essential -
1
(a) Certificate in Nursing from a Recognized Institution.
(b) Certificate in Midwifery/special training for Nurses for 6 months duration.
OR
1) B.Sc. Nursing
2) Registration certificate as Registered Nurse or registered Midwifery from State Council .
3) Knowledge of Konkani
Desirable -
i) Knowledge of Marathi

Scheme of Examination- Written examination of the eligible candidates will be conducted for the purpose of final selection of the candidates. Total marks allotted for the written test is 100 marks for 02 hours duration. The selection of the candidates would be entirely based on the marks secured in the written test and no weightage would be given to any other aspects such as additional educational qualification, additional experience etc. The
syllabus for the written test will be as under:
(i)Analytical ability,
(ii) General Knowledge
(iii) Comprehensive Language
(iv)Mathematical ability
(v) Current affairs
(vi) Indian Constitution
(vii) Indian History & Geography
(ix) State and Central political affairs and
(xi) Quantitative Aptitudes.
(x) Relevant knowledge and application attached to the post.
Selection shall be done in accordance with the merit and as per marks obtained by
each candidate in the written test.
Terms and Conditions-
Age not exceeding 45 years (relaxable for Government Survey by five years in
accordance with the instruction or orders issued by the Government)
For reserved categories, the candidates should have valid cast certificate
issued by the Competent authority.
1) Only the eligible candidates fulfill the criteria as stated above shall apply
and the candidate need not required to furnish any document at the time of
applying for the post.
2) The candidature of shortlisted candidate shall not be considered, if he/she is
found ineligible at the time of verification of essential documents, even
though has passed the examination.
3) The applicants should clearly mentioned in the application the name of the
post and category for which the application is made e.g. post LDC
Category Unreserved/OBS/ST/SC etc.
4) No. TA/DA is admissible for attending the verification of certificates/ written
test.
5) The appointing authority reserves the right to call adequate number of
Meritorious candidates for verifications of original documents.
6) Late and incomplete application will be summarily rejected
7) Candidates working in Government office/department shall send their
application(s) through Proper Channel.
8) The date, time and venue for verification of documents and also for written
test will be informed to the applicants separately through whatsApp/E-mail ID
and it will also be displaced on Goa Dental College & Hospital web site
